What are sprockets?
Sprockets are heavy-duty wheels with teeth that engage with a chain. The teeth of the sprocket hold onto the chain and move other pieces that interlock with the chain as it spins. This consecutive series of procedures enables the rotational movement of massive equipment and machinery in a simple and controlled manner.
Sprockets are often made of metal or reinforced polymers that can withstand the force of the chain being moved. Gears, which have a similar wheel-shaped form with teeth, are frequently likened to these components. In contrast to gears, which interlock to impart rotational movement, sprockets only interact with different types of chains directly.

Bushed
Additional supports, like anchor bolts, are used in these systems to ensure that the flange adheres to the sprocket. Bushed sprockets are frequently used in industrial systems that transport big weights.
